New strains of psychrotolerant bacteria, a composition, their application and method of soil bioaugmentation

The subject of the application is the Pseudomonas sp. ANT_H12B strain deposited in the Polish Collection of Microorganisms (PCM) of the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy, Polish Academy of Sciences (IIET PAS), under the number B/00321. The application also includes compositions for soil bioaugmentation containing the Pseudomonas sp. ANT_H12B strain deposited in the Polish Collection of Microorganisms (PCM) of IIET PAS under the number B/00321 and/or Psychrobacter sp. ANT_H59 deposited in the PCM under the number B/00322 and/or Bacillus sp. ANT_WA51 deposited in the PCM under the number B/00320.

The subject of the application is the use of the strains to promote plant growth, increase plant biomass, protect plants against pathogens, and enhance the bioavailability of iron in the soil. The application also includes a method of soil bioaugmentation in which the soil is inoculated with the psychrotolerant strain Pseudomonas sp. ANT_H12B deposited in the PCM under the number B/00321 and/or Psychrobacter sp. ANT_H59 deposited in the PCM under the number B/00322 and/or Bacillus sp. ANT_WA51 deposited in the PCM under the number B/00320.
